What is Happiness ?

If you ask people what happiness is, you’ll hear countless answers, each shaped by their lives, experiences and perspectives. And every answer will be right in its own way. Happiness is not universal, it is deeply personal and individual.
For a child, happiness may be as simple as an hour of carefree play. For a student, it could be good results or simply being understood. For a parent, happiness often lies in the well-being of their child. For someone struggling financially, happiness may mean security... for someone who already has enough, it may mean peace of mind, health or time. The same thing that brings joy to one person may feel meaningless to another.
Happiness also changes with time. What once mattered deeply may lose its charm and what once seemed insignificant may later feel priceless. But everything said and done, happiness lies within. If we are not content with ourselves, no amount of searching in the outside world can bring lasting joy. External achievements and possessions may offer temporary pleasure but they cannot satisfy an unsettled heart.
True happiness begins when we pause and look within. When we recognize our inner beauty, accept our reality and understand the deeper truth of life. And in that quiet inward journey, when we connect with our soul or the divine presence within, we realize that happiness is not something to be found, it is something to be awakened!
