Heed Well Thy Own Heart and Mind!
November 15, 2025 Ms. Atruba Sandaleen (Assistant Teacher)
In a world that is so sparsely kind to others, one happens to be most unkind to oneself.
It is like a perennial war, dotted with battles to leave a mark in this world so that the future world will have an echo of our names. And today, with the black horse called AI, priorities are changing and that is understandable too.
For if not quick witted and innovative, one can easily be out done by another, no matter gender or age. So the question arises, if one is not an everlasting spring of ideas and efforts, one may end up a barren, forgotten meadow?
Once so beautiful, alluring, may end up deserted?
But how can it be, when even a single bloom has the power to bring back the beauty lost to that barren land?
Yes, this is the power of an individual. And this power comes from heeding the call from inside. Ask yourself, would you be able to catch the whispers of the world, when you can't even listen to the noise inside?
And this noise, it is a peculiar thing, deceiving one into oblivion to its existence. So what should one do? How to get hold of this paradox?
Take a step back.
Take a deep breath.
When the noises in heart and mind have been heard and tended to, the world itself becomes a kaleidoscope with each scene showing its own beautiful facades.
Self is a glass door which separates the world from the person. But would the person dare to step through that door if they are not able to see through the stained glass?
